From Montreal, two-time CFMA Contemporary Singer of the Year and multiple Maple Blues Award nominee Rob Lutes brings a mix of his award-winning original roots and blues songs along with a selection of some of the gems of music history that inspired them.
Rob will play one set of his own songs, and a second set drawing from his The Stories behind the Songs workshops on the history of popular music featuring important, odd and amazing works from the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries, telling the fascinating stories of how they came to be and how they have endured in our culture.
