Toronto’s punk-poet Rob Moir looks back at two consecutive years of life on the road with the release of his new album “Adventure Handbook.” In the vein of timeless artists (and muses) like Bruce Springsteen, The Replacements and Jeff Tweedy, Rob’s songs are honest and exceedingly entertaining to see live. Rob continues to routinely finesses clever turns of phrase in his lyrics.

Shawna Caspi
Mar 4 @ 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

“Shawna Caspi has the rare gift of presence that immediately invites audience engagement, from the first strum of her skilled guitar playing to the last exquisite note she sings”. – Andy Frank, co-founder of Roots Music Canada

With her third album, Apartments For Lovers, Shawna Caspi taps right into those folk roots, stripping away the session musicians and elaborate arrangements of her previous records in favour of a simple, authentic sound – her solo guitar and voice. The result is a collection of songs that is close-up and honest, showcasing her warm vocals, classically-trained fingerstyle guitar playing, and intimate songwriting in a genuine, powerful way.

With limited seating due to COVID restrictions along with the large number of people who would prefer to stay home, we filmed this year’s performance so you won’t miss out!

The ticket is $5 and you will be sent an access code to watch online at your convenience. You will be able to watch from your own home, as many times as you like until after Christmas Day.
